Your inquiry & privacy

When you send a shoot inquiry, Tony Sommers Photography receives your name, email address, selected session type, preferred date, location, and message. These details are stored so Tony can respond, discuss a quote, and arrange your session. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiry records are available through an inbox restricted to the site owner. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the site. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit spam submissions; the form does not save your raw IP address in its inquiry records.

Resend processes email addresses and message content to send inquiry acknowledgments, quotes, and booking updates. Stripe handles payments through its hosted invoice pages; this website does not collect card details. Booking records include the agreed scope, pricing, terms, typed signature and signing time. Private booking links grant access to the agreement, so keep them private.

Fonts load from Google Fonts. Links to Instagram and SmugMug take you to services with their own privacy practices. No advertising trackers or marketing analytics have been added to this site.
